ALL REWARDS ARE SHIPPED OUT!

Sorry it took so long guys. I know this was probably the slowest fulfillment time I've done from all of my kickstarters, so thank you all for the patients. With the manufacturing delays, the emergency travel for my friend, and then just recently getting back from two conventions just this last week, *deep breathing* FINALLY I am happy to say, that all the rewards have been shipped out!!! Tracking notifications have been sent out to most of you guys, but there's still 147 rewards that was just dropped off at the post office yesterday, so if you fall under one of those 147 backers, your tracking email should be coming in within the next few days. :) 

There's a few little trouble orders I have, like a missing pin, or a sudden change in address that I'm going to finalize up tonight, but all rewards aside from the like 2 special case rewards are all shipped out! YAY WOO!!!

That being said, if you are domestic to the US, at the latest you should get your reward by October 31st, if you are International, the latest you should get your reward is Late December/early January. If you do not recieve your package by then, chances are USPS decided it didn't belong in this world and they promptly dropped it into the Eather with no explanation (lol lost) so if that happens, just email me at [email protected] and I shall send out another reward out to you for free. ^_^ 

If you receive your order and a pin is missing, or severely damaged, or you got the wrong order by accident, also email me at [email protected] and I will fix that up for you oops. We are a small team of one to two people and sometimes human error does occur, and or the post office destroys packages no matter the effort we put in trying to get them safe to you, because once we drop it off at the post office, it's out of our hands, we have no control of how the post office treats your package. :C so please understand if something arrives damaged, BUT despite that we will take full responsibility for the damaged item, and simply email me and I'll send out another to you for free. :)

Yup! The kickstarter was finished at a great time! Not only are the Tea Dragon pins available on the Etsy shop, but also, we just reached a huge milestone of making 10,000+ Sales on our Etsy shop! Seriously it means a lot to both me and Braivety (my partner and fellow Etsy artist on our shop), we never thought that our humble little art shop would make such incredible numbers and reach! So to celebrate we are running a 15% off flash sale starting TODAY and ends on the 29th of this month. and not only that but practically ALL ITEMS are fully restocked! So there's very few limitations of variety and the full gallery of our merch being available for the sale! :D

Delay on shipment, boo. :C

So, my absolute closest friend had an emergency happened so I am going on a trip away from home for a week. I have already gotten quite a few of your guys' rewards out, but there's still quite a few of you guys that still need to be shipped out, and I am very sorry. :C I will not be in town able to ship out the rest of you guys until I get back around the 22nt of August. :C 

Not only that, but there are 4 restock designs that need to be completely redone by the manufacturer so any rewards that got the following pins as Add-Ons might need to wait... another month 😬😭 These pins that need to be reworked are, Labradorite Dragon, Lapis Lazuli Dragon, Moon Dragon, and Amethyst Dragon. I am SO sorry!  I'm just as bummed :C 

Hope you guys understand, I'll keep you guys updated. Thanks. ;3;

PINS FINISHED PRODUCTION! THEY ARE AT MY HOUSE!!!

🍵 I just opened the Boxes today, and they look so amazing!!! :D I'm so very excited about these! I checked all the colors, and I think this might be the most accurate/closest to the artwork I've gotten pins for, which is crazy because that never is the case so that's super super cool! 

☕ Now that the pins have arrived in my house, I should be ready to start the majority of reward fulfillment! I'm still waiting on another package for some restock for the add-ons, but that should be here very soon maybe within the next week or so. I plan to start fulfilling kickstarter rewards on Monday of next week (starting with the rewards that did not get add-ons) and go from there, and of course once my restock for previous pins come in I'll of course fulfill the remaining rewards that got Add-ons, I will keep yall updated for that. 

🍵 FOR THOSE WHO ONLY GOT TEA DRAGONS: Fulfillment should take me about a week for the ones I can do, so I will be sending them out in batches in little bubble wrap mailers! :> If you are in the US you should be getting your reward no later than August 22nt!  If you are international outside of the US you should be getting your packages no later than October 20th! 

☕ FOR THOSE THAT GOT OTHER DRAGONS THAT AREN'T TEA DRAGONS: again, still waiting on the restock to fulfill your rewards. I ordered it at the same time as the Tea Dragons specifically so you guys had other dragons for add-ons apart of this Kickstarter, so it isn't an inventory mix up or a delay or anything of why I don't have them yet, they are simply finishing up still is all. and the Tea Dragons just so happened to finish first. Nothing more. They should arrive in my house in the next 1 to 2.5 weeks or so. The moment those come in, your guys' rewards should be out, and I'll have a better ETA on when your rewards should arrive as well. I'll update you when they arrive.

PLEASE KNOW That once packages are shipped out, they are out of my hands.

To this, sometimes I get horror stories of packages being opened, broken/crushed to fit in a mail box it wouldn't other wise fit, foot prints on them, or I kid you not, run over with car marks over the package ripping them, all of this is out of my control, as this is all because of the shipping companies not me. Also sometimes packages just evaporate into the Ether, disappearing with no explanation, especially since COVID I've noticed more "missing/lost" packages more than before the pandemic. :C It's crazy out in the wild. BUT what is in my control is to ship you a new package for free!

- SO if you are one of the small unlucky percent that gets a destroyed/damaged/lost pins in the mail, please don't hesitate to EMAIL ME at [email protected] Please do not message me on KS as once the kickstarter is finished and I move onto the next project, my main point of contact is my email. :) I'll also get back to you a TON sooner as well.  explaining what happened, and I will send out a replacement! :D

So I said the last day was going to be July 1st, but I was gone at a camping trip and immedietly into a family reunion and I wasn't home to end it, and thankfully because of it a lot of you guys actually filled out your surveys despite it being after July yay! There are 16 of you guys left, so instead of just ending it, I thought I'd give one last week before completely cutting off surveys and refunding them. so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Please fill out your surveys if you are one of the 16 that have yet to fill out surveys!

Production continues, going smoothly! Sample pictures of half the pins!

These are just revision sample checks to look at colors and the linework filling in ok, so there is no plating, or polishing to don't worry about the black dots on the samples, or that all the plating in a dreary grey. I don't usually show the sample checks because I'm afriad it's what people will think the finished pins will look like, but I assure you they are not! but I'm just so excited because the colors came out pretty great! I had to share the progress! :D 

When I have the rest of the sample pictures done I'll let you guys know!!! :D
